American got the work order from my homeowner's warranty company mid-morning. They had someone at my house within a few hours and totally replaced the failed unit first thing the next day. I called fidelity home warranty company for some issue with my pool/sap heater.
American Pool and Spa Repair came out to replace the display board on my Hayward heater. Come to find out the wiring harness was damaged and discontinued. After a week or so the company called to tell me they would be replacing the heater.
I wish all other companies went the extra mile like these guys did!!!

This company was contracted by my Home Warranty Insurance to repair a leak in my hot tub. The technicians arrived promptly, and diagnosed the leak as a faulty flow switch. They replaced the switch, and the problem has been fixed. That was a couple of years ago. More recently, I had another problem with my hot tub. Black particulate matter was coming out of the jets, and the filter was completely clogged. Since this company had worked on my spa before, I decided to give them a call first, rather than initiate a claim with home warranty, since I wasn't sure if it was an equipment or water chemistry problem, and I wanted to narrow down the cause before initiating a claim. I called and spoke with Dale. He was very nice, and talked me through the troubleshooting steps on the phone. He suggested I try these steps before calling them in for a service visit. After draining and flushing the tub, and restarting the chemicals as Dale recommended, the problem is now solved, as it turned out to be a water chemistry problem from the use of too much copper. Dale suggested a better approach for sanitizing the tub, using Nature2 mineral purifier, together with MFS shock and occasional use of dichlor. The tub is now on the new water chemistry program, and the water is better now than it ever has been. Also, the minimal approach to water chemistry will save me money in the long run, since I don't have to buy all the clarifiers and other stuff from the pool store, which I don't need.
Dale was very knowledgeable, and helpful on the phone. They could have decided to do a service visit, and charge me, but they didn't. I was impressed. I highly recommend this company.

Few weeks ago the weather got really hot and my youngest son planed a pool party for his friends to come to our house for a swim and watch football , I wanted to make sure that the pool is in a good condition for them to swim, that is when I found out that one part of the pool equipment is not working .After I called my Insurance company they assigned these guys to come and fix the problem which was almost impossible to take care of in few days , after I talked to Dale and explained to him my situation with my sons plans , he went above and beyond and he got it fixed with new valve the very next day , let me tell you these guys are the best and I even called my home warranty company to tell them about the excellent service I have received from these guys, Thanks again for guys.

American Pool did an excellent job getting my chlorine generator repaired.They worked hand in hand with my home warranty and were able to get the problem solved quickly.
